bombing squadrons, per-
sonally commanded by Brig;
Gen. Ralph Royce, successfully
attacked Japanese bases
in the Philippines on Monday
and Tuesday, a communique
said today.


Raiders Hit Cebu,
Manila and Davao
UNITED STATE ARMY HEADQUARTERS IN AUSTRALIA,
April 15 (AP).-Thirteen big American bombers
operating from Australia made smashing attacks on Japa-
nese bases and shipping at Manila, Cebu, Davao and
Batangas in the Philippine islands Monday and Tuesday it
was announced tonight.
