Soong's Mission to
Moscow May Part
Way for Hostilities

By ALEX II. SINGLETON

LONDON, July 7.—(AP)—China’s Premier T. V. Soong's mission to Moscow raised increasing speculation in diplomatic quarters today over the possibility that Russia's role in the Pacific War would occupy a top place on the agenda of the approaching Big Three Conference.
