LONDON. May 16.—(AP)—Amid rising
criticism of the "I'odcllini?" of German prisoners of war and
demands for a speedy trial for top-flight Nazi war criminals the United Nations

German war crimes would begin in London May 31.
The
commission also announced that it had arranged for "certain
governments" to send investigating officers into Germany to help military
